We are looking for a **Front Desk Supervisor** to join our team, focused on ensuring excellence in operational processes and agility in area deliverables. We seek a proactive individual capable of working under demand while maintaining our operation’s quality standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise all check\-in and check\-out processes, ensuring adherence to the resort’s service standards; * Prepare shift schedules, train new staff, and monitor goal achievement; * Intervene in critical situations or guest complaints, seeking immediate solutions; * Audit cash closing procedures, verify revenue records, reversals, and ensure no discrepancies occur in consumption postings; Ensure room release coordination with Housekeeping and align technical unit unavailability with Maintenance. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields; * Proven experience in customer service and team leadership; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and integrated management systems (e.g., ERPs, hospitality systems such as Opera, or medical record systems); * **Additional information** * Employment type: CLT; * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Group life insurance; * Workplace: Gran Valley Resort, Rua EERS 235, 33111, Pórtico Neighborhood, Gramado \- RS, 95670\-000\.
