Work environment equipped with state-of-the-art machines and up-to-date Delphi **RESPONSIBILITIES:** – Development of systems and applications built in Delphi, including graphical interface design, database structure implementation, and program coding; – Maintenance and enhancement of existing systems; **REQUIREMENTS:** – Interest in learning/advancing in new software development methodologies and code validation techniques; – Technical knowledge required in: Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL; – Desired: Object-oriented programming and layered architecture knowledge; familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; – Knowledge of MVC & MVP development patterns; – Ability to optimize and refactor code; – Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus; The ideal candidate is a curious, dynamic, and dedicated developer.
