Daily communication with external stakeholders Financial BPO Office – HIRING Responsibilities: Assist in financial and billing routines, especially those related to medical insurance plans in the healthcare sector. Perform cash closing procedures together with external teams. Process credit card and PIX payment settlements. Carry out bank reconciliation and organize supporting documents for accounting purposes. Conduct daily communication with external stakeholders to obtain data required for related activities. Requirements: Completed high school education. A bachelor’s degree or enrollment in Administration, Accounting, or finance-related fields is preferred. Experience in administrative financial routines. Experience in administrative financial routines; knowledge of the healthcare sector (e.g., hospitals or medical clinics) is preferred. Proficiency in Word and Excel.
