Description: * Responsible for controlling and weighing loads and goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. * Verify invoices and documents related to weighed loads, ensuring information integrity. * Operate industrial and truck scales, adjusting and calibrating equipment as needed. * Record and archive weighing data in computerized systems, maintaining organization and accessibility of information. * Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize the flow of goods entering and leaving, minimizing delays and errors. * Perform visual inspections of cargo to identify possible irregularities or damages, reporting any anomalies to supervisors. * Keep the work area clean and organized, following occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Participate in training and updates to improve technical and operational knowledge related to the role. * Attend customers and carriers courteously and efficiently, providing necessary information and guidance. * Prepare periodic reports on activities performed, highlighting critical points and suggesting process improvements.
