Come grow with us and **build together a more prosperous society** **Responsibilities and duties** **Support the business area at the agency:** Receive documents, verify compliance with legal formalities of PF segment operations, in order to prepare routines for faster and more efficient service to member requests, as well as maintaining registration data. **Collections:** Support collection activities for credit operations in cases of default and within negotiation deadlines, according to guidance from the business area, aiming at recovering lent capital. **Prospecting:** Prospect new members and new business opportunities. Identify demand and refer leads to Business Managers. **Understand to serve:** Provide first contact service to members at the branch channel. Welcome and assist members and non-members, directing them to the channel that provides the best service experience, whether physical or digital. **Digital enabler:** Assist members with their "digital inclusion." Act as an agent of change for members, providing guidance so they can make the most of available digital services. **New member integration:** Conduct onboarding for new members, explaining about Sicredi, answering questions, aiming to engage members with cooperative values. **Financial transactions:** Carry out payment, receipt, and various inquiry services; manage cash opening, closing, and control at the teller terminal. Prevent and deter fraudulent transactions or procedures and money laundering. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education level:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Knowledge areas:** Desirable knowledge of financial products and services, member focus, communication skills, ease with technology, service orientation. **ANBIMA:** CPA-10 certification required.
