Experience with logistics routines and billing **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM \| Saturday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Objective:** Plan, monitor, and control the company’s logistics operations in the food industry, ensuring efficiency in receiving, warehousing, billing, and product distribution, while guaranteeing correct invoice issuance, on-time delivery, and high-quality customer service. **Responsibilities** * Plan and monitor logistics operations for receiving, warehousing, and dispatch of food products. * Process order billing, issue invoices, and verify fiscal and commercial information. * Track orders from picking through to customer delivery. * Monitor transportation routes and delivery deadlines to ensure distribution efficiency. * Control and analyze logistics indicators (KPIs) to improve processes. * Manage and control inventory, ensuring organization and data accuracy. * Support logistics management and monitoring of freight carriers. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and good storage practices for food products. Identify opportunities for improvement and reduction of logistics costs. * **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with logistics routines and billing. * Knowledge of invoice issuance, order processing, and dispatch procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Familiarity with ERP systems. **Location:** Jardim Paula I \- Várzea Grande **Benefits:** Day Off: Birthday Leave, Attendance Bonus, On-site Meal, Transportation Allowance
