If you enjoy learning, sharing knowledge, and building impactful solutions, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** Data analysis and processing; Development of reports and dashboards; Data migration; Bug fixing in systems; Functional improvements in systems; System support and maintenance; Monitoring of network and infrastructure events; Execution of standardized technical procedures; Other related activities. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in IT; Experience executing standardized technical procedures in IT environments; Computer networks (Layers 1, 2, and 3): structured cabling, switches, and routers (operation, configuration, troubleshooting); Practical Linux knowledge (command execution, administrative routines, pre\-authorized server configurations); Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Google Workspace (with emphasis on email and shared drive administration); Experience with request and incident management tools (ITSM); Information security knowledge (concepts, basic controls, best practices). **Desirable Requirements:** Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation; Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana).
