They also organize the store, restock merchandise, and support operational activities at the establishment. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide courteous and efficient customer service; * Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on features, prices, and promotions; * Restock merchandise on shelves and gondolas; * Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and presentation; * Support inventory control and product verification; * Assist in the receiving process of merchandise; * Operate the cash register when required, registering sales and processing payments; * Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and proficiency in customer service; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Flexible availability for work hours. Desirable Requirements * Prior experience in customer service or sales; * Basic computer literacy and cash register operation knowledge.
