Supporting indicator and performance management **Job Mission:** Supervise daily operational activities, ensuring processes are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, meeting company-defined deadlines and requirements. · Monitor and direct the execution of operational tasks. · Ensure the team follows safety procedures and standards. · Allocate human and material resources according to demand. · Inspect equipment and tool conditions. · Monitor adherence to operational schedules and deadlines. · Support the center coordinator in indicator and performance management. · Participate in training and onboarding of new employees. · Report deviations and propose corrective actions.
