Job Summary: Operate sachet packaging machines to ensure on-time production with quality, including visual inspections and adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Sachet packaging machine operation 2. Quality control and production adjustments 3. Equipment maintenance and cleaning Operate sachet packaging machines to meet scheduled production deadlines and maintain required quality standards. Visually inspect produced sachets to identify issues such as printing defects, leaks, batch marking, weight, and others, in accordance with approved standards. Perform regular weighing of produced sachets to maintain optimal weight and production quality (identifying potential deviations in the laminate). Complete control sheets. Perform basic machine adjustments, such as speed, temperature, roll change, and burr adjustment, among others, to maintain production quality. Perform roll/laminate changeovers and collect laminate samples at the start of each new roll. Clean the production cabin and machine after process completion to prepare it for the next process.
