Collaboration with various departments to resolve cases and ensure customer satisfaction. we are **FASHION CLOSET** we are looking for an organized, responsible professional with a **solution-oriented profile** to work as an **e\-commerce assistant (backoffice)**. This professional will oversee the entire post\-sales process, ensuring every customer has a positive experience—even when unexpected issues arise. The focus is on **resolving customer requests** and **excellence in service**, maintaining aligned communication among customers, internal teams, and logistics. Main Responsibilities: * Manage customer requests related to orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns; * Monitor cases involving **delays, shipping errors, or product discrepancies**; * Record and update information in spreadsheets and control platforms; * Use integrated customer service tools (WhatsApp, Instagram, and e\-mail); * Respond to customers with empathy, clarity, and assertiveness; * Collaborate with other departments (inventory, shipping, finance) to resolve cases; * Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction; * Support administrative e\-commerce routines when needed. Requirements: * Prior experience in **e\-commerce** (mandatory); * Experience in **customer service and relationship management**; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Basic knowledge of **spreadsheets**; * Ability to **stay organized under pressure** and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
