We provide comprehensive facilities solutions, asset protection security, electronic security, and maintenance—always emphasizing innovation, technology, and operational excellence. **Position Description:** The professional will work in the Procurement area, responsible for ensuring efficiency in acquiring materials and services through planning, market analysis, conducting tenders, and supplier development. Key focus areas include cost optimization, risk mitigation, and adherence to company policies and guidelines. The role involves category management with technical autonomy, leading medium- and high-complexity negotiations, and portfolio rationalization. The professional will also monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and understand internal demands by category; * Support requesters in restructuring scopes by participating in meetings, understanding actual needs, suggesting alternatives, and involving specialists or suppliers when necessary; * Contribute to demand planning by anticipating supplier engagement (especially for implementation projects), ensuring readiness and SLA compliance; * Consolidate and equalize technical and commercial proposals; * Lead commercial and contractual negotiations; * Support standardization and portfolio rationalization initiatives; * Prepare inputs for contract drafting, SLA definition, and SAP catalog registration; * Develop and prospect suppliers, interfacing with Procurement Analysts for registration, documentation, and systemic regularization processes; * Monitor performance indicators and savings generation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience in contract management and client relationship management; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs); * Familiarity with QSMS and SGI; * Advanced English is a plus **Job Benefits:** Meal Allowance Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Benefits Club – Partnerships with educational institutions Corporate University – Exclusive training platform Gympass – Gym partnership program “Our Care” Program – Psychological, financial, and legal counseling Life Insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
