Job Summary: Access Controller responsible for reception, guidance, and access control; operating elevators and recording incidents to ensure security and smooth operations. Key Highlights: 1. Elevator operation and crowd flow management Education: Completed High School Position: Access Controller Location: Vila Clementino, São Paulo, SP Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: 10:48 AM to 7:00 PM Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Salary: R$2.752,00 + R$300 Hazard Pay Benefits: Food Allowance of R$200.00; Transportation Allowance (6% payroll deduction); Amil Health Insurance (with co-payment); Amil Dental Plan for R$16.01; Pharmacy Network Agreement; Daycare Assistance of R$360.00 (for children up to 6 years old). Requirements: Strong communication skills, sustained attention, ability to record information accurately, good public interaction, and agile response to operational demands. Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving and guiding patients, companions, and suppliers at the institution’s entrance, performing access control and directing them to respective departments. Operates elevators directly, managing passenger flow inside the elevator, memorizing floors and departments to ensure internal circulation security, agility, and smoothness. Records incidents in the shift logbook—including events, lost items, thefts, and other occurrences—to ensure traceability and proper communication with leadership. Also handles supplier check-in and verification, key management, and supports internal communication via radio and telephone. Additionally, guides patients on discharge procedures to ensure compliance with institutional protocols.
