This is our area of structured financial solutions for the agribusiness value chain, including the food and beverage sectors. We focus on solving our clients' working capital challenges in South America through a holistic analysis of each situation. **Main responsibilities and requirements:**
VCF South America is seeking a professional to support our efforts in originating new transactions within our client base. In addition to origination, structuring and restructuring transactions will also be part of the new team member's responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include: idea generation, preparation of presentations, client meetings, risk analysis, portfolio management, preparation of memoranda, review and negotiation of contracts, discussions with other bank departments, service providers, and clients. Strong commercial skills and comfort managing complex, long-term projects independently are essential.
