Job Summary: The professional will ensure the organization's economic and financial governance, acting as a partner to senior leadership in strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with controllership and governance policies Ensure organizational economic\-financial governance through strategic management of financial planning, budgetary control, accounting close, performance analysis, and managerial reporting. Act as a partner to senior leadership, supporting decision-making with reliable data, consistent analyses, and adherence to accounting and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead financial planning processes, including development, monitoring, and revision of the annual budget (budget), forecast, and long-term projections; * Conduct budgetary control, variance analysis, and identification of deviations between actual and planned results, proposing corrective actions; * Coordinate monthly managerial closings, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial information; * Consolidate, analyze, and present financial performance reports to the executive board and stakeholders (managerial income statement, operational and financial KPIs, profitability reports); * Manage calculation and tracking of the company's financial and operational KPIs; * Collaborate with business units as a strategic partner, supporting data-driven decision-making and feasibility analyses; * Ensure compliance with internal controllership, compliance, governance, and internal control policies; * Lead continuous improvement and process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of departmental deliverables; * Support internal and external audits by providing consistent, transparent information, analyses, and reports; * Lead and develop the controllership team, promoting technical capability and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (with strong analytical/financial orientation); * Proven experience in controllership, financial planning, budgeting, and results analysis; * Experience in developing economic\-financial project analyses (business plans); * Leadership experience with team management responsibilities; * Solid knowledge of managerial and corporate accounting, corporate finance, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements; * Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERPs (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS or similar); * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau or equivalents). **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in: Corporate Finance, Controllership, Business Management, Financial Planning, or Managerial Accounting. **Additional Information** Bonus; Porto Seguro Health Plan fully covered by the company (employee only); Paid vacation; Laptop; Dental Plan (optional); Totalpass (optional); Contract type: Individual Legal Entity (PJ) Work model: Hybrid, up to 3 days per week onsite (R.
