What you will do * Ensure availability and performance of observability components and tools. * Review performance metrics and implement improvements in monitoring processes. * Work on critical IT processes using best practices such as ITIL, Cobit, ISO20000 and Agile. * Attend technical meetings and execute changes in IT environments related to observability tools. * Manage and prioritize the observability evolution backlog. * Act as a technical knowledge multiplier within the area and BUs. \#LI\-Hybrid **Qualifications** ------------------ * Intermediate English. * Interpersonal communication skills for interaction with other technical, operational and business areas of the company. * Interest in new challenges and sense of urgency. * Experience with DataDog observability tools: availability, performance, user journey, log monitoring and FinOps. * Experience in building business metrics. * Competence in developing integrations. * Knowledge of relevant programming languages in today's market, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go and TypeScript. * Experience in cloud and on-premises environments: EKS, WebSphere\-IBM, IIS\-Windows, Outsystems and APIGEE. * Knowledge of Linux (certification is a plus) and Windows platforms. * Knowledge of VMWare virtualization and Cloud platforms (AWS/Openshift). * Knowledge of network infrastructure. * Knowledge of automation languages (a plus) – e.g.: Puppet, CF\-Engine, Ansible, Terraform. * Experience in Hadoop ecosystem or mainframe. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
