




Description: * Bachelor's degree in a higher education program in the field of Information Technology, or completion of any higher education program accompanied by a postgraduate certificate, at the Lato Sensu and/or Strictu Sensu level, in the field of Information Technology; * Creation of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps; * Implementation and maintenance of monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack); * Information security concepts applied to infrastructure (server hardening, backup, disaster recovery); * Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including provisioning and management of resources; * Administration of Linux and Windows Server systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting); * Configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef; * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools; * Familiarity with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices for resilience and high availability; * Configure and administer Linux/Windows servers in physical or cloud environments; * Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-, network-, and cloud-service-related issues; * Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Firewall, Load Balancer); * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar); * Use of containers (Docker) and basic orchestration with Kubernetes; * Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python). * Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the application lifecycle; * Implement container-based solutions using Docker and Kubernetes; * Automate infrastructure routines using scripts and IaC tools; * Administer on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-, network-, and cloud-service-related issues; * Support system integration and modernization projects, including cloud migrations; * Ensure implementation of security policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans; * Participate in cloud environment migration and infrastructure modernization projects; * Monitor IT environment performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system stability and operational efficiency; * Document environments, processes, and changes, ensuring traceability and operational compliance. 2512310202491486375
