Focus on learning and growth in the industrial field **JOB \| PRODUCTION HELPER / ASSISTANT – FOCUS ON WELDING, MACHINING, AND TURNING** We currently have **2 open positions** for **Production Assistants**, supporting the **welding, machining, and turning** areas. We seek committed professionals eager to learn and grow in the industrial field. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔️ Support production processes in welding, machining, and turning areas ✔️ Assist in preparing materials, parts, and tools ✔️ Perform machine feeding and workstation organization ✔️ Support operators and welders during production ✔️ Conduct cleaning, basic finishing, and part handling ✔️ Follow safety, quality, and internal procedure standards ✔️ Assist in department organization and basic material control **Requirements:** * ️ Completed elementary education (high school completion preferred) * ️ Industrial, metallurgical, or mechanical environment experience preferred * ️ Basic knowledge of or interest in welding, machining, and turning * ️ Availability for operational work * ️ Commitment, attention, and teamwork skills **Salary:** R$ 9.69 per hour (approximately **R$ 2\.200,00/month**) **Benefits:** ✔️ Health insurance ✔️ Dental insurance ✔️ Breakfast ✔️ Transportation allowance **Work Location and Schedule:** Monday to Saturday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday – 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM São Bernardo do Campo – SP \- Assunção neighborhood Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Breakfast * On-site meal * Transportation allowance
