Description

Job Summary: Operates motor graders to level terrain, manipulate controls, inspect equipment, and perform basic maintenance, following scheduled timelines and reporting incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Operating motor graders on various types of construction projects 2. Performing basic equipment maintenance and operational inspections 3. Monitoring schedules and reporting incidents * Operate motor grader with blade or scarifier to remove soil and organic material; * Level terrain for pavement construction, earthmoving, dam construction, embankments, and other projects; * Adjust uneven terrain, spread gravel and soil, construct contour lines, cuts, and finishes; * Correctly operate gearshift and steering controls to ensure proper leveling of terrain and roads; * Inspect equipment operational conditions; * Execute tasks in sequential steps; * Estimate activity durations according to pre-established schedules; * Operate equipment from various manufacturers; * Park the machine on level ground; * Perform basic machine maintenance, checking oil, fuel, and coolant levels; * Record information regarding machine usage; Report service incidents and issues detected with the machine.
