Job Summary: The Discovery Rep Program is an opportunity for students or recent graduates in technology, data, automation, and innovation, with a focus on hands-on learning and competency development. Key Highlights: 1. Support daily activities related to technology and data. 2. Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Develop technical and behavioral competencies. The Discovery Rep is a 12-month development program designed for students or recent graduates who wish to launch their careers in technology, data, automation, and innovation, working within a corporate, dynamic environment focused on digital transformation. During the program, participants will support day-to-day activities related to technology and data, collaborating with various internal departments. The focus is on providing hands-on learning, exposure to real-world projects, and developing both technical and behavioral competencies. Key Learning and Support Activities * Support data collection, organization, and processing for basic analysis. * Assist in building and updating reports and dashboards, tracking departmental KPIs. * Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support the development, maintenance, and documentation of internal solutions and tools. * Interact with business units to understand requirements and assist in solution development. * Support operational routines of the department, ensuring organized and high-quality deliverables. * Support identifying opportunities for process and workflow improvements. * Participate in meetings, alignment sessions, and team rituals, tracking ongoing projects and activities. * Support the team with daily tasks related to technology, data, and innovation, always under guidance and supervision. Requirements * Recently graduated or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies, preferably in the final semesters, in fields such as: * Computer Science * Information Systems * Software Engineering * Data Science * IT Management or related disciplines. Desired Profile * Genuine interest in technology, data, and innovation. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. * Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset. * Proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. * Ability to solve problems with team guidance and support. Preferred Qualifications * Basic programming logic knowledge. * Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. * Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or related technologies. * Interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. * English and/or Spanish proficiency for reading and communication.
