




Job Title: Attendant A \- Greet customers in a courteous and efficient manner, identifying and fulfilling their needs; \- Record orders and manage product inventory; \- Assist in the receiving, organizing, and restocking of goods; \- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support excellence in customer service; \- Provide support to other team members when required. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education; \- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector; \- Effective communication skills, empathy, and customer service orientation; \- Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling; \- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change; \- Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: \- Training in customer service or inventory management; \- Experience with inventory control and point-of-sale systems; \- Basic English proficiency.
