Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields Second-level technical support for network incidents in corporate environments **Technical Requirements:** · Experience with FortiGate firewall administration (NAT, policies, VPN, routing, UTM). · Solid knowledge in switching, VLANs, trunk, STP, link aggregation (LACP), ACLs. · Experience with static and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP – desirable). · In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, QoS. · Experience with corporate Wi-Fi environments using controllers and multiple APs. · Familiarity with multi-site environments, MPLS, site-to-site VPN, and SD-WAN. · Ability to analyze packets and traffic using tools such as Wireshark. · Proficiency with remote management tools (SSH, Putty, Winbox, CLI). **Desirable Differentiators:** · Technical certifications: Fortinet NSE4 or higher, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+. · Experience with customer networks (multitenant), cloud connectivity (Azure, AWS, CloudStack). · Knowledge in load balancing, failover, traffic segmentation, and edge security. · Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (GLPI). · Experience in critical environments with high availability and link redundancy.
