Job Summary: A professional to actively participate in meetings, coordinate onshore and onboard loading operations, manage materials, and ensure operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in meetings with clients, shipowners, and external teams when requested. Prepare and send pre- and post-operational minutes; Organize loading frames and platforms alongside the vessel hull prior to operation commencement; Verify client report information against scheduling as needed; Monitor onshore and onboard loading operations; Manage and supply necessary materials onboard the vessel or alongside the hull; Support communication among shipowners, vessel command, suppliers, and clients in case of operational anomalies; Assist in preparing the SOF report, final stowage plan, and other operational documents; Prepare the final Top View for distribution to all stakeholders involved in the operation; Participate in meetings and workshops with clients, shipowners, and teams to align and improve operational practices; Coordinate truck drivers' breaks to avoid disrupting operational flow; Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with current safety standards. REQUIREMENTS Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Intermediate English proficiency; Prior experience in this role.
