Job Summary:
An analyst responsible for contractual analysis, scope evaluation, physical measurements, financial monitoring, and report preparation to support decision-making on construction projects.

**Requirements:**
* Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering
* Experience in control and quality areas, either in office or on-site construction environments
* Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Project is desirable
**Responsibilities:**
1\. Perform, as required, analysis of third-party contracts regarding draft terms, system entry method, and cost allocation per specific instructions, aiming to ensure accuracy of information presented both in the contract and in the operational system;
2\. Evaluate the scope of procurement by comparing it with the target budget, as required, to build a database of deviations occurring during project execution;
3\. Issue third-party measurement mirrors in the system according to specified contractual conditions, aiming to facilitate future third-party billing, as required;
4\. Conduct weekly physical measurements of construction sites using the standard form, to enable generation of indicators providing Management and Production teams with decision-making bases;
5\. Monitor direct contractor billing via standard spreadsheet, as required, to ensure each Contractor’s limit is not exceeded;
6\. Assist monthly in generating physical and financial reports for construction projects, following the standard report template, aiming to provide Management teams with data enabling decision-making;
7\. Prepare Direct Billing Requests and Letter of Guarantee, using the standard form, as required, to ensure contractual terms are upheld;
8\. Input resources into the system per standard procedure whenever requested, to meet Production and Support Departments’ needs for service and material order generation in the system;
9\. Validate or indicate allocation of expenses related to revolving cash, as required, using project budget information as reference, to prevent cost allocation errors and consequently avoid errors in financial reporting;
10\. Prepare, whenever requested, Contract Settlement Agreements using the standard form, to safeguard the Anchor against future claims.

Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month
