




We are looking for a **Commercial Assistant** to join our team! Here, you will be the first point of contact with our students and their guardians, providing welcoming service, sales, support, and engagement throughout all stages of the customer relationship. **Responsibilities** * Provide warm and efficient customer and student service, in person or through digital channels. * Answer questions about courses, products, and services offered by Cultura Inglesa. * Handle the entire sales cycle: pre\-sale, sale, and post\-sale, ensuring a complete customer experience. * Organize and support cultural events and official exams, such as Cambridge and Proficiency. * Conduct follow\-ups with customers, track complaints, and assess satisfaction levels. * Monitor student arrivals and departures, observe behaviors, and report any issues to leadership. * Update and organize the database of active and inactive students. * Identify complaint patterns to support service improvements. * Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and other team members. * Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous process improvement. * Work in compliance with internal policies, information security standards, and data protection regulations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (or equivalent) completed. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work in sales and customer service. * Organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive. * Empathetic, courteous, and enthusiastic personality.
