Job Summary: Experienced professional required to receive, inspect, store, and organize materials, performing stock counts, order picking, identification and recording of discrepancies, as well as supporting inventory audits. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and products according to invoices and purchase orders. Conduct merchandise counts, pick orders for shipment, organize inventory, maintain product identification, cleanliness, and accessibility. Identify and record discrepancies in quantity, quality, or damage; support periodic inventory audits; and report irregularities or restocking needs to the supervisor. Must possess basic knowledge of inventory control and storage, invoice reading, typing proficiency, and fundamental computer skills (Word, email, and Excel spreadsheets).
