Support operational activities in the foundry department, ensuring organization, safety, and assistance in the preparation, pouring, and initial finishing of cast parts, contributing to Hidroparts’ continuous production flow. **2. Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing materials and supplies used in the casting process. * Support the operator and the mold handler during metal pouring, movement of molds and dies. * Perform basic tasks such as cleaning molds, transporting parts, organizing tools, and simple assembly. * Maintain the area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. * Assist in removing cast parts after cooling, preparing them for the deburring stage. * Separate waste according to departmental guidelines (sand, flash, metal). * Properly use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) and strictly comply with safety regulations. * Report any anomalies, risks, or needs in the production process to the supervisor. * Support internal material handling using carts, manual devices, or hand-operated equipment. * Adapt to operators’ pace and requirements, ensuring continuous support to the process. **3. Essential Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Good physical fitness for moderately strenuous activities. * Attention to detail and adherence to safety rules. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. * Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable. **4.
