Job Summary: Logistics Manager to coordinate operational routines, manage fleet and routes, monitor KPIs, ensure deadlines and compliance with regulations, and lead a team in São Bernardo do Campo. Team management and guidance A logistics service provider is seeking a Logistics Manager in São Bernardo do Campo. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the company's operational and logistical routines. Manage fleet, routes, fuel consumption, and other resources used in operations. Monitor KPIs, results, and logistics area productivity. Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal processes, as well as safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of logistical processes by proposing adjustments and optimizations. Establish communication with internal departments, suppliers, and other partners to align requirements. Manage the team, supervise task execution, and provide daily guidance to staff. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
