You will be responsible for analyzing and validating purchase requests from various departments, ensuring alignment with company needs. You will negotiate with suppliers for procurement of goods and contracting of services, seeking optimal commercial terms. You will also manage inventory levels, monitor departmental budgets, and use Excel spreadsheets for data analysis—supporting efficient procurement management and decision-making. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Purchase Request Analysis: Review and validate purchase requests received from different departments, ensuring they meet company requirements. * Negotiation and Procurement of Tangible Goods: Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal price, quality, and delivery terms for physical goods. * Research and Procurement of Services: Identify and evaluate service providers, procuring necessary services for company operations. * Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels, avoiding excesses or shortages that could impact operations. * Excel Spreadsheet Development and Analysis: Use spreadsheets to record and analyze procurement-, inventory-, and expense-related data, facilitating reporting and decision-making. * Budget Analysis: Track and analyze the procurement budget, ensuring purchases remain within established limits.
