Focus on code quality, architecture, and best practices We are seeking a GeneXus Developer with solid experience to work on the development and maintenance of critical financial solutions, with strong integration into the .NET ecosystem. Although GeneXus is the primary day-to-day tool, we do not seek a candidate restricted to a single platform. We are looking for someone versatile, curious, and technically mature, comfortable navigating between different programming languages, technologies, and products as business needs require. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and evolve robust financial applications based on GeneXus 16 and 17, generating .NET applications. * Integrate with internal and external systems via APIs, WCF, and REST services. * Translate business requirements into well-structured and sustainable technical solutions. * Actively contribute to architectural decisions, standards, and best practices. * Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and scalability. * Conduct code reviews to promote code quality, readability, and maintainability. * Support analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of production incidents. * Collaborate closely with other technical and business teams. * Provide technical support, contributing to team and product evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with GeneXus (versions 16 and 17). * Proven experience in financial systems or mission-critical environments. * Strong knowledge of .NET, especially applications generated via GeneXus. * Experience with SQL Server and relational databases. * Ability to write clean, organized, and modular code. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good technical communication and teamwork abilities. * Minimum of 5 years of software development experience. Nice-to-Have: * Knowledge of CNAB, Febraban standards, and banking integrations. * Experience with financial APIs (Pix, billing, payments, reconciliations, etc.). * Experience with other languages such as C# and/or Python. * Experience with WCF and legacy integrations. * Familiarity with Windows Server environments. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially deploying GeneXus applications via Jenkins. * Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and custom User Controls development. * Solid foundation in DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles. **Additional Information** Here, caring for you and your development is our top priority!
