Senior Methods and Processes Analyst
We are seeking a **Senior Methods and Processes Analyst**, with robust experience and a systemic vision to **establish the processes function** within the company. The candidate will be responsible for leading analyses, standardizations, and continuous improvements, strategically optimizing production flow. **Responsibilities** * Structure, organize, and implement the methods and processes function. * Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements. * Conduct time and motion studies to increase efficiency and reduce waste. * Evaluate and improve production layout, operational workflows, and resource sizing. * Lead projects focused on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and standardization. * Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering departments to implement solutions. * Develop technical documentation, work instructions, and operational performance indicators. **Requirements** * Senior-level experience in methods and processes, continuous improvement, and productivity. * Proven industrial experience with proficiency in analysis and optimization tools. * Knowledge of time and motion studies, line balancing, and factory layout. * Ability to independently lead continuous improvement projects. * Critical, analytical, structured mindset with strong delivery orientation. * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
