Everyone is welcome!** **\#JoinEuro \#WeAreEurofarma \#EurofarmaGroup** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Check out the main day-to-day activities for this position:** * Ensure compliance with production standards, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety and hygiene at the plant * Operate multi-format filling machines (bottles and bags), oral liquids, and cap assembly machines * Perform setup and necessary adjustments on packaging equipment within standard timeframes * Monitor production processes regarding product identification, according to each type of medicine and Production Order information (batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date) * Complete in-process control records and quality documentation (Manufacturing Instructions, SOPs, Non-Conformance Reports) * Monitor production scheduling and define process strategies within the department * Monitor production, assessing efficiency, losses, and issues arising during routine production * Verify productive materials * Perform cleaning of equipment and the area * Maintain and ensure proper use of packaging department equipment * Collaborate with the Preparation and Sterilization departments as part of a team * Support leadership in designing strategies and production planning **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience operating multi-format packaging equipment * Technical course in mechanics, electricity or related field completed at a qualified technical institution, with valid certification * Flexibility to work across different departments and shifts * Availability to work on rotating shifts * A university degree in Pharmacy or Engineering is a plus * Basic English, especially reading skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Strong interpersonal skills and leadership profile **Additional Information** **At Eurofarma, we value and support our people throughout their entire journey!
