Job Summary: Providing support for e-commerce operations, with a focus on product listing and updates, order tracking, and inventory control across marketplaces and the company's own website. Key Highlights: 1. Support for marketplace operations such as Mercado Livre and Amazon. 2. End-to-end product and inventory management across digital platforms. 3. Resolution of operational inconsistencies and ensuring smooth platform functionality. We are supporting our client "ESHOP" in Ribeirão Preto - SP, with an in-person work arrangement under CLT employment terms, for the position of E-commerce Analyst. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of marketplace hubs. * Must reside in the Ribeirão Preto region. * Intermediate knowledge of image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop. * Practical experience in this field, with solid familiarity with daily operational routines. The candidate will be responsible for product listing and updates, image processing, order tracking, and inventory control—ensuring accuracy across all platforms. **Main Responsibilities:** Providing operational support, assisting with product listing and updates, handling support tickets, and resolving issues on marketplaces. Responsible for ensuring smooth platform functionality by promptly identifying and resolving operational inconsistencies. Works directly with channels including Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee, Kabum, and the company's own website.
