Job Summary: A professional to lead strategic planning for influencer marketing, manage campaigns and influencers, and analyze results to optimize ROI. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic content planning for influencer marketing 2. Management and hiring of influencers and creators 3. Results analysis and benchmarking Lead monthly strategic content planning for influencer marketing, aligned with company guidelines; Collaborate with SCs and the influencer marketing management team to develop calendars and schedules for specific digital initiatives, such as live streams, creator campaigns, and special activations; Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to identify, evaluate, and hire influencers, creators, and UGC contributors, ensuring alignment with strategy, target audience, and brand positioning to maximize ROI (Return on Investment); Manage budget for hiring influencers, UGC contributors, and creators; Draft contracts, AFs (Affiliation Forms), and coordinate payments for the squad; Communicate and align with stores for approval of content recordings; Contact influencers and creators to schedule content recordings; Approve scripts jointly with the influencer marketing team and influencers; Monitor content recordings; Produce outfit looks with shopping center retailers whenever necessary; Follow up on editing and final approval of content with the influencer marketing team and the shopping center’s marketing management; Schedule content posting and coordinate potential collaborations between influencers and shopping centers; Consolidate and analyze performance reports to provide strategic visibility of the regional operations to the holding company. Promote knowledge sharing of best practices (internal and external benchmarking), identifying which profiles and content formats deliver the best cost-benefit ratio for the shopping center ecosystem.
