This role will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, ensuring the support and evolution of the systems ecosystem—with emphasis on SAP, digital platforms, and corporate integrations—as well as supporting the organization’s innovation and technological modernization strategy. The professional will directly implement technology projects, continuously improve systems, integrate platforms, and develop technical teams—ensuring operational stability, information security, and alignment between technology and business strategy. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** **Corporate Systems Management** * Lead the implementation, support, and evolution of SAP and other corporate systems, ensuring stability, security, and adherence to business processes. * Ensure correct configuration, parameterization, and integration of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, SAC, among others). * Monitor technological trends in the SAP ecosystem—such as S/4HANA and SAP BTP—and propose continuous improvements. * Coordinate specialized vendors and consulting firms, ensuring technical quality and cost efficiency. **Software Engineering and Digital Platforms** * Coordinate software engineering, product, and systems specialist teams. * Support the evolution of applications, digital products, CRM, and corporate solutions. * Ensure adoption of best practices in architecture, development, testing, security, and documentation. * Promote integration among corporate systems, data, and processes. **Project Management and Digital Transformation** * Plan and supervise system implementation and evolution projects. * Define scope, schedules, resources, risks, and performance indicators. * Ensure deliveries aligned with business needs, within time, budget, and quality constraints. * Act as a digital transformation and process improvement agent. **Governance and Business Relationship** * Partner with business areas to identify technological opportunities. * Support IT management in strategic planning for systems and technological architecture. * Ensure compliance with information security policies, regulatory requirements, and IT governance standards. **Innovation and Artificial Intelligence** * Identify opportunities for applying Artificial Intelligence and process automation. * Lead initiatives integrating AI with corporate systems, ERP, and digital platforms. * Promote technological innovation and increased productivity of technology teams. * Monitor technological trends and evaluate new market solutions. **People Management** * Technically develop teams by promoting training and knowledge sharing. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Support the professional growth of technology teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You?** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Proven experience leading technology, software engineering, or corporate systems teams; * Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and complex corporate systems; * Experience implementing technology projects and digital transformation initiatives; * Knowledge of system integration, software architecture, and IT governance; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Ribeirão Preto \- SP. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in IT Management, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, or related areas; * Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce); * Certifications in project management, cloud architecture, or SAP; * Knowledge of technologies such as .NET (C\#), Angular, React, and Python; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). **Desired Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and people development * Clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders * Strategic, results-oriented mindset * Analytical ability and data-driven decision-making * Conflict management and stakeholder negotiation * Organization and prioritization **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Meal Voucher On-site cafeteria; Health Insurance \- Unimed Dental Insurance \- Unimed Life Insurance Zenklub Pharmacy Benefit Profit Sharing Program (PLR) Private Pension Plan Employee discount on company products Access to SESI Club Wellhub Founded in 1942, Santa Helena is Brazil’s largest peanut-based food manufacturer.
