Promote process standardization and dissemination of best practices **Description:** Manage, coordinate, and supervise medium- and large-scale construction projects across various construction systems and standards, ensuring efficient execution in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and safety. Lead and support on-site leadership teams, ensuring alignment with the construction company’s strategic objectives and satisfaction of customers and investors. Responsibilities * Lead and oversee site leaders under your responsibility; * Supervise project execution, ensuring **compliance with schedule, budget, and quality standards**; * Serve as the liaison between management and field teams, ensuring **clear and effective communication flow**; * Support the definition of strategies to meet project **deadlines and financial targets**; * Identify risks, propose action plans, and monitor their implementation to ensure deviation mitigation; * Validate measurement reports, physical\-financial progress reports, and project performance indicators; * Ensure **application of safety, quality, and sustainability standards** across all work fronts; * Promote **standardization of execution processes** and dissemination of best practices on site; * Analyze and validate strategic procurement of services and materials for the project; * Represent the construction company before clients, investors, and other stakeholders during project monitoring; * Develop and motivate your teams, ensuring engagement and cultivation of future leaders.
