Job Summary: Quality Inspector focused on monitoring, training, documentation analysis, and inspections of materials and services to ensure compliance and eliminate non-conformities on site. Description: * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector preferred * EDUCATION: Completed Technical Course in Building Construction * CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft Office Suite * DESIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Planning / Discipline / Logical Reasoning / Reading and Interpretation of Drawings / Knowledge of Technical Standards * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor Quality indicators; * Guide / train personnel in performing activities according to procedures and standards; * Analyze company and third-party documentation (drawings and execution procedures); * Evaluate Commissioning Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and Supplier Data Books for compilation of the Project Data Book; * Perform inspections and release of materials at the factory; * Perform inspections and release of materials upon receipt; * Perform inspections and release of services during execution; * Inspect Quality documentation related to materials and services (certificates and test reports); * Analyze results of technological control tests; * Validate and manage calibration certificates of measurement instruments used on site (owned and third-party); * Identify product non-conformities during manufacturing, receipt, service inspection, analysis of results, and documentation; * Define, validate, monitor, and document actions for control and elimination of non-conformities and their root causes; * Organize files and control traceability of documents and records related to Quality of project materials and services; 2511200202481879833
