




Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields. * Previous experience in Quality Assurance, functional and/or non-functional testing. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools (preferably Azure DevOps). * Proven ability to monitor and distribute tasks within cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of test planning, acceptance criteria definition, and effort estimation. * Ability to identify, log, and communicate non-conformities, risks, and blockers. * Analytical capability to monitor productivity, performance, and quality metrics. * Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and versioning practices. * Organization, clear communication, sense of urgency, and prioritization skills.
