If you enjoy challenges, like working with diverse teams, and want to build solutions that truly make a difference, this role could be perfect for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a **Senior SRE** to work on critical data projects in the Agro sector, ensuring high availability, observability, and performance of Big Data and Data Lake environments in the cloud. * Implement and maintain scalable environments focused on **observability, automation, and reliability**. * Manage data infrastructure on **AWS**, with emphasis on **Lake Formation, Glue Catalog, EMR, DynamoDB, and SageMaker**. * Support and evolve pipelines in **Databricks** and distributed processing environments. * Define and monitor performance and availability metrics. * Participate in critical incident response (War Rooms), post-mortems, and continuous improvement. * Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure secure and efficient deliveries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as an SRE or DevOps professional in data environments. * Proficiency with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus). * Advanced knowledge of **AWS** (Lake Formation, Glue, EMR, DynamoDB, SageMaker). * Experience with **Databricks**, **Apache Spark**, and **Data Lake** architectures. * Hands-on experience with **IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)** and **CI/CD**. * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. * Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, SQS/SNS). **Desirable:** * Experience in the Agro sector or with rural credit data. * AWS or Databricks certifications. * Knowledge of information security practices in data environments. **Additional Information** * Competitive compensation based on experience; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * A dynamic and challenging work environment; * Opportunity to work at a rapidly expanding market company.
