Job Summary: S2P (Procurement) Analyst responsible for organizing, reclassifying, and accounting for fleet invoices, as well as creating KPIs and communicating with stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. We aim to strengthen our purpose of building diverse teams and embracing all communities, cultures, and age groups.”* **Required Knowledge:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate English or Spanish proficiency for conversation is mandatory; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Strong communication skills with both external market and internal team; * Ability to deliver presentations and lead meetings; **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize the receipt of invoices related to fleet benefits, such as fuel, tolls, vehicle leasing, traffic fines, accidents, and maintenance; * Enter required information into exception spreadsheets for cost identification; * Perform cost reclassification to ensure correct discount application; * Open tickets for invoice accounting; * Develop metrics and KPIs for internal tracking; * Communicate with finance, accounting, and stakeholder teams to align on necessary actions; * Participate in projects aimed at reducing pending items; **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Teamwork; * Internal and external communication skills; * Curiosity and proactive attitude to share information and train the team; * Results-oriented mindset and initiative; * Insights for continuous improvement;
