We are Grupo Flex, and we’re looking for a Growth Intern (data-focused) to join our ecosystem. We seek someone with an analytical mindset, systemic perspective, and curiosity about growth — an intern who thinks like an engineer, acts like an analyst, and views the business as a system — where each data point is a piece that helps drive results. About the team: The Growth team operates at the intersection of data and strategy. Our focus is identifying growth opportunities through quantitative analysis, KPI modeling, and structured testing that directly impact company results. It’s an environment of experimentation and continuous learning, where data guides decision making. Responsibilities: • Support data collection, organization, and analysis across different company departments; • Create and monitor performance and growth dashboards (Power BI, Data Studio, or similar); • Conduct statistical analyses and simulations to forecast impacts of growth strategies; • Map key performance indicators (KPIs) and build models for tracking and forecasting; • Automate reports and routine **Requirements:** Prerequisites: • Currently enrolled in Production Engineering or Statistics (from 2nd semester onward); • Strong analytical foundation and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; • Knowledge of logic and data analysis; • Interest in data-driven businesses and growth metrics; • Organized and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in data analysis, BI, planning, or optimization projects; • Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, or Google Data Studio; • Experience building KPI models (CAC, LTV, Churn, Revenue, Margin, etc.); • Understanding of experimentation (A/B testing, causal analysis, regressions).
