**REQUIREMENTS** -------------- HR assistant, personnel department assistant, recruitment and selection assistant. Works collaboratively with the companies' personnel department team, providing support in managing and administering the employee workforce. Carries out the operational aspects of strategies and plans developed by superiors, assisting the human resources analyst and other professionals in the field. Takes responsibility for and handles all necessary documentation to ensure that employment contracts and other company-employee relationships remain fully compliant. Provides employees with labor-related information and offers them support.
