




Job Summary: OCA Global is seeking a professional to monitor, analyze, and prepare performance indicator reports, identifying opportunities for improvement in operational and administrative processes. Through our network of over 100 owned offices and strategic partners, we deliver our services in more than 60 countries worldwide. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators (KPIs); * Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision-making; * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes; * Support standardization and control of administrative and operational processes; * Interface with field teams and administrative departments; * Track productivity, costs, and operational efficiency. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Prior experience in operational data analysis; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate/advanced Excel); * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge and experience in inspection and certification; * Electrical energy (distribution, network maintenance, live/dead line work); * Technical services or engineering; * Experience managing operational indicators and performance analysis.
