Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** An organized and attentive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Providing user support via telephone, remote, or on-site assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of tickets, escalating them to resolver groups when necessary; * Handling tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office Suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of customers' platforms, and guiding and training users when required; * Performing requirement analysis, infrastructure construction, testing, acceptance testing, and deployment; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange and Lotus Notes email accounts, setting up user profiles, installing VPN, configuring Active Directory and IP addresses; Performing requirement analysis, infrastructure construction, testing, acceptance testing, and deployment; * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge in:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Preferred qualifications** * CITRIX knowledge; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Working Hours** * ****08:00 to 17:30 * Availability for occasional travel and weekend work, as required by client demand. **NOTE:** Hey!
