




Description: * Completed training as a Nursing Technician with active registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience in Occupational Nursing and Occupational Health, including knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Knowledge of practices related to worker health and medical support; scheduling and tracking occupational examinations; PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program) and management of medical records; * Customer focus, collaboration, creativity, and professionalism. * Ensure efficient and safe execution of occupational health processes, including vaccination, complementary examinations, information recording, and report generation, guaranteeing compliance with legal regulations and maintenance of employee health and safety. * Complete pre-consultation forms with vaccination information, reviewing the vaccination card and transcribing data onto the form, ensuring accurate registration for subsequent entry into internal systems. * Register vaccination information in internal systems, verifying and entering data from pre-consultation forms, maintaining an updated immunization history available for consultation. * Refer and guide candidates regarding complementary examinations, clarifying doubts and providing precise instructions, ensuring correct referral to service providers and completion of required examinations. * Retrieve results of complementary examinations from service providers’ websites, accessing and verifying information in internal systems, monitoring examination progress, and ensuring closure of medical processes. * Enter examination result dates into internal systems (SOC), inputting received information to maintain up-to-date control, enabling managerial and operational consultations. * Manage additional appointment schedules, recording extra available dates to ensure correct billing and client service charges. * Prepare and dispatch daily mailings containing ASOs and medical records, sorting and forwarding them to the responsible team, ensuring the client receives complete documentation together with SESMT. * Generate and send general reports to the admissions team, extracting data from internal systems, providing the client with visibility into performed activities and supporting admissions control. * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as needed and/or required by the area, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. 2512280202491117699
