Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to plan, coordinate, and ensure the execution of mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance activities at an industrial plant. Key Highlights: 1. Promote the training and development of the maintenance team. **We are seeking a person to join our maintenance team and help plan, coordinate, and ensure the execution of mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance activities at the industrial plant, guaranteeing equipment and facility availability, reliability, and safety. Works collaboratively with Production, Safety, Engineering, and Planning departments to ensure adherence to preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans within established quality, cost, and schedule standards.** **Join us and make a difference!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** .Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with established plans and schedules; . Develop and monitor performance indicators (availability, MTBF, MTTR, costs, etc.), proposing continuous improvement actions; . Ensure safe execution of activities, complying with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations; . Manage third-party maintenance contracts and services, evaluating performance, costs, and quality; . Ensure proper planning and execution of scheduled shutdowns, inspections, and preventive maintenance; . Control the maintenance department’s budget and support investment decisions regarding equipment and infrastructure; . Provide technical support to the team in identifying and resolving failures and root causes of recurring issues; . Strategically pursue innovative and technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and sustainability; . Coordinate the technical spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical materials; . Collaborate with the Engineering and Projects department on implementing improvements and new installations; . Promote technical training and development of the maintenance team; . Take responsibility for and commit to fostering a positive work environment where everyone can participate and contribute toward optimizing intended results; . Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields. **. Experience:** Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or fertilizer plants. **. Technical Knowledge:** . Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance . Maintenance planning and management (PCM) . People management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams . Reading and interpreting technical diagrams . ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM) . Safety regulations NR\-10, NR\-13, NR\-33, NR\-35 **. Skills:** .
