Job Summary: IT Intern for technical support, equipment and system maintenance, and project support. Key Highlights: 1. Internship opportunity in the Information Technology field. 2. Development of skills in technical support and system maintenance. 3. Support for IT projects and system monitoring. **Responsibilities** * Provide support to employees (hardware, software, network, and email). * Install, configure, and maintain equipment. * Manage service tickets and resolve incidents. * Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on computers, peripherals, and CCTV systems. * Support IT projects and monitor systems. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in IT or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, and networking. * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Programming (Java, Python, or others). * ERP support experience. * Prior experience in computer, network, or CCTV system maintenance. ### **Employment Type:** Internship ### **Department:** INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
