Job Mission Carry out integrated tax and accounting activities, ensuring information compliance and the proper execution of the Club’s tax and accounting routines, thereby contributing to the organization of financial processes, transparency, and area security. Key Duties and Responsibilities Tax Routines Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes (ISS, ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL where applicable). Verify input/output invoices and perform fiscal classification of products/services. Perform tax bookkeeping and support the generation of ancillary tax obligations. Other duties as directed by mid- or senior-level staff. Support the routine issuance and verification of tax payment slips. Assist in audit and tax inspection proceedings by gathering documents and preparing basic reports. Accounting Routines Assist in recording revenues, expenses, provisions, and basic reconciliations in the accounting system. Support monthly accounting closing (document organization, preliminary verifications). Perform simple account reconciliations (banks, suppliers, advances, credit cards, ticketing, etc.). Support preparation of trial balances and accounting statements under supervision. Organize files, documents, and evidence for audits. Tax–Accounting Integration Ensure tax records are correctly integrated into accounting records. Assist in controlling tax withholdings and related journal entries. Support alignment among departments: finance, controller’s office, legal, and billing. Education Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: Accounting (preferred), Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
