Job Summary: Work in the Mock-up and Sample area, preparing materials, machines, and components for assembling footwear, bags, and accessories, ensuring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and preparation of footwear, bags, and accessories. 2. Operation and maintenance of assembly machines. 3. Quality assurance and compliance with technical standards. Work in the Mock-up and Sample area, preparing materials, machines, equipment, and components for assembling footwear, bags, and accessories according to project-specified standards and dimensions, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Prepare components for assembling footwear, bags, and accessories by identifying shapes, attaching assembly insoles, shaping components, and securing uppers onto lasts, ensuring correct execution of the production process. 2\. Verify upper sizes and left/right orientation to ensure accuracy and quality of components used in product assembly. 3\. Operate assembly machines and equipment for footwear assembly, mounting and inspecting toe boxes to ensure production efficiency and precision. 4\. Apply adhesives to assemble side components, ensuring proper bonding of parts and final product quality. 5\. Perform minor repairs and finishing on assembled uppers, as required, to ensure product quality. 6\. Insert fixing staples into assembled uppers, as needed, to ensure safety and prevent disassembly of the mounted component during the reactivation process. 7\. Use specialized tools to adjust the rear portion of footwear to ensure product quality. 8\. Comply with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 9\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of machines, equipment, and materials in the area; keep machines and equipment in operational condition by cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting them whenever necessary, and request maintenance whenever required. 10\. Participate in internal training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the assigned department. 11\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by supervisors.
