FP&A Controller Analyst

**Job Description:** We are seeking a professional with an analytical mindset, business acumen, and a results-oriented focus to join our Controlling / FP&A team. This role plays a strategic part in supporting decision-making, responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and forecasting financial data, as well as monitoring the company's economic performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, monitor, and review budgeting and forecasting processes (budget, forecast, and rolling forecast); * Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Develop management reports and dashboards to support decision-making; * Support month-end management closing, ensuring consistency of financial information; * Assist in building financial scenarios and conducting economic feasibility analyses; * Collaborate with various departments across the company to collect and validate information; * Propose improvements to processes, internal controls, and report automation; * Participate in strategic projects, contributing financial analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controlling, financial planning, or related areas; * Solid knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis); * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business units. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools; * Knowledge of financial modeling; * Experience with ERP systems and integrated management platforms; * Experience developing KPIs and management dashboards; * Familiarity with managerial accounting and cost accounting; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Critical thinking and strategic vision; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities; * Aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving; * Adaptability to dynamic environments.
